Description
Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions to our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to understand business needs, define requirements, and create user stories. You will also facilitate communication, testing, and validation throughout the project lifecycle. Roles and responsibilities - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, using techniques such as interviews, surveys, workshops, or observation. - Analyze and model the current and future state of the business processes, systems, and data, using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, or spreadsheets. - Identify and evaluate the gaps, risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the current and future state of the business. - Communicate and validate the business requirements and solutions with the stakeholders, using methods such as presentations, reports, or prototypes. - Collaborate with the project team and other stakeholders to design, develop, test, and implement the solutions that meet the business needs and objectives. - Monitor and measure the outcomes and benefits of the solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for further improvement. Skills and qualifications: - A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field. - A strong knowledge of the business domain, industry standards, best practices, and methodologies for business analysis. - A proficient use of various tools and techniques for business analysis, such as UML (Unified Modeling Language), BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), SQL (Structured Query Language), or Excel. - An excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - An ability to work independently or as part of a team, under pressure and with changing priorities Certifications: A certification or training in business analysis, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis), or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
